Bill Littlefield took the reigns as LeTourneau men's and women's golf head coach in July of 2012.
Prior to LeTourneau, Littlefield was the Director of the Golf Academy at Basking Ridge Country Club from 2005-2012. Other responsibilities included organizing and hosting state and national junior tournaments. He also served as the statistician for the Somerset Patriots Professional Baseball Team in the Atlantic Baseball League.
Prior to his time in New Jersey, Littlefield was the head golf coach and a teacher for the Coppell Independent School District in Coppell, Texas, from 1998-2005. At Coppell, he was responsible for teaching health and physical education. He organized the district golf program, served as the district liaison at regional and state meetings, and organized local and state golf tournaments. Littlefield rebuilt and guided the boy's and girl's golf programs and established a parent and community support group.
From 1985-1992, Littlefield was a teacher and the head golf coach for the Angleton Independent School District in Angleton, Texas. He was responsible for teaching U.S. history and driver education, and he organized the first golf program for students.
Littlefield began his coaching career at the Angleton Independent School District in Angleton, Texas, where he served from 1974-1981.
Littlefield and his wife of 37 years, Melissa, have two children. Their daughter, Jana Parry (34), is married to Chris Parry, and the couple resides in Lindale, Texas. The Littlefields' son, Kyle (31), is an Assistant PGA Golf Pro at Rockaway River Country Club in New Jersey.
