Thursday rains wash away LeTourneau-Louisiana College doubleheader

PINEVILLE, La. -- Rains wiped out Thursday's doubleheader at Louisiana College between the Wildcats and the LeTourneau YellowJackets.

The teams were scheduled to conclude their series with a single, nine-inning game Friday. LETUAthletics.com will release more information as it becomes available.

The Jackets also announced their home-opening doubleheader against Southwestern Assemblies of God has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 3, for 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The original doubleheader on Feb. 15 was suspended due to heavy fog on the field that greatly hindered visibility.
